Delivery Information

Please arrange your own freight forwarder to pick up your orders from our warehouse after payment, since freight charges for different area have different costs. If you do need us to assist in delivery, please contact us and discuss it with us.

We uses Australia Post or Toll Ipec for all deliveries. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, we may leave a notice for you to pick up products at local post offices or may have to return products to our company in some circumstances..

Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payment has been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

We will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. Order processing and delivery times may vary in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and some catalogue promotions.

We recommend to allow 7 days for delivery or more days in remote areas.
